1. Who we are
The Sleep Window, an educational sleep program operated by SigmaMetrix.
2. What we collect
- At checkout: name, billing address, email, and payment method. Payment is handled by LemonSqueezy as Merchant of Record, so we never see card numbers.
- At intake: your answers to 8 questions about your current sleep (bedtime, wake time, complaint type, caffeine cutoff, exercise window, bedtime anxiety level, and whether you work shifts).
- Over time: open and click events from the daily emails, your replies to us if any, and your refund history.
3. Why we collect it
To generate and send your personalized 42-email protocol, to know when to pause delivery if you tell us about a medical concern, and to comply with EU, VAT, and accounting law.
4. Where it is stored
On EU servers (Resend eu-west-1, Supabase eu-central-1).
5. Who we share it with
- LemonSqueezy: payment and invoicing. Their Privacy Policy applies.
- Resend: email delivery.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram): for the conversion event when you purchase, we send a hashed version of your email through the Meta Conversion API. You can opt out by emailing hello@thesleepwindow.com.
We do not sell or rent your data.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
Access, correction, deletion, portability, and restriction. Email hello@thesleepwindow.com and we respond within 30 days.
7. Retention
Subscriber records: 2 years after your program completes. Accounting records (invoices): 7 years per EU and Dutch law.
